  Placed a delivery order at about 9:50am to surprise my girlfriend at work for Valentines day. She got off at 4pm and they never showed up. I called them and told them to deliver it to my address after they failed to deliver it and I'll bring it to her. It is now 6pm and they still haven't showed up. We had dinner reservations that we can't go to because I'm waiting on her arrangement to show up. This is unacceptable and has ruined Valentines day. I strongly suggest to stay away from this place. I guarantee they will ruin your day too.
